    • We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping.
    • The shipping method you choose will affect the shipping charges and the estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping times:
    • Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
    • Expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
    • Overnight shipping typically takes 1 business day for delivery.
  • Shipping restrictions:
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    • We only ship to USA and Canada.
  • Damaged or lost shipments:
    • If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
    • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and file a claim.
    • If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement for the damaged or lost item.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your wine cooler for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To return your wine cooler, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@winecoolerstore.com to request a return authorization number.
  2. Package your wine cooler securely and include the return authorization number in the package.
  3. Ship your wine cooler back to us at the following address:

We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving your package. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used to purchase the wine cooler.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Wine coolers that have been used or damaged
  • Wine coolers that have been purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Wine coolers that are not in their original packaging

Warranty

All wine coolers sold by WineCoolerStore come with a one-year warranty. If your wine cooler breaks down within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.Â
